Refund Policy

StarDome products are offered on a reservation and custom production basis.

Reservation Deposit
A deposit paid to reserve a StarDome production slot is used to secure planning, scheduling, and related administrative costs.

Cancellation Before Production
If you request cancellation before production begins, the deposit may be refundable in whole or in part, subject to any actual processing, administrative, design, sourcing, or transaction costs already incurred.

Cancellation After Production Begins
Once production, material preparation, or order processing has started, the deposit is non-refundable.

Final Balance
The remaining balance must be paid before shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing. We will contact customers before final payment is due.

Shipping and Delivery
Estimated production and shipping timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delivery timing may vary due to production scheduling, logistics, customs clearance, weather, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives visibly damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos, a description of the issue, and your order information so we can review and assist.

Non-Returnable Items
Because StarDome products are large, custom, made-to-order, or special-order items, returns are generally not accepted after shipment unless otherwise required by law or approved by us in writing.
